Classic Chicken Salad - Serves about 4-6.
2 cups cut up cold cooked chicken breast
1 cup chopped celery
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. to 1 tsp. Shakers Premium Seasoned Salt
½ cup mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and chill for about 2 hours.
Serve on lettuce cups and garnish with olives and parsley or a little sweet pickles.
Quick and Easy Scalloped Potatoes - Serves 4-6.
Place a thin layer of raw potato slices (about 6 potatoes) in a greased casserole. Sprinkle with a mix of 1 Tbsp. flour, ½ tsp. Shakers Premium Seasoned Salt and ¼ tsp. black pepper. Dot with butter. Continue layering potatoes to make 3 layers. Pour in enough milk to barely cover the potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender.
Simply Delicious Deviled Eggs
Cut 6 hard cooked eggs in halves and take out yolks and mash with fork. Then add:
½ tsp. Shakers Premium Seasoned Salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. dry mustard
2-3 Tbsp. of mayonnaise (enough to moisten egg yolks)
Refill the egg white halves with egg yolk mixture. Chill completely for 1-2 hours. Great for parties, picnics or appetizers. Halves maybe garnished with olive slices or sprinkled with paprika.
